December 2022 Progress Update

Plans are in motion for the future of Hollyburn!

Since our last update in late September, the Board of Directors and Management have continued to make excellent progress in bringing Renew '22 to fruition. The project is proceeding on budget and on target for completion in spring 2025.

Below is a brief summary of the major milestones completed over the past few months, upcoming milestones and important closure notices for the new year as we prepare for construction:

Project Status

Complete: Complete detailed design for Phase 1 (Youth)

Upcoming: Complete schematic design for Phase 2 (Food & Beverage)

Upcoming Closures

  • Club Lounge Closure - Feb 15, 2023 - spring 2025

  • Creekside Room Closure - Permanent closure as of March 15, 2023

  • Administration Office temporary relocation to Club Lounge - Feb 27, 2023

  • Administration Entrance closure - mid-April 2023
