Renew ‘22 - April 2025 Update

Dear Members,

As we move into spring, the vision behind Renew ’22 is becoming more tangible than ever. With construction progressing rapidly and our operational plans coming to life, the countdown to welcoming Members into their new food and beverage facilities is officially on.

The past few months have been a time of behind-the-scenes transformation—bringing new team members onboard, finalizing finishes, refining service plans, and preparing to launch new food and beverage concepts designed to enhance every part of your Member experience.

We’re excited to share that the project remains on schedule for an early summer opening. Here's a closer look at what’s been happening across operations and construction;

People & Operations Preparation

  • All management-level Food & Beverage positions have been filled. The new leadership team is actively training, developing new standard operating procedures, and collaborating on menus, event packages, and bar lists.

  • We hosted a successful job fair and hired nearly half of our new hourly team members, who will begin training in May.

  • Branding & identities for the new café, restaurant, and event space have been developed and will be unveiled to Members in May.

  • Soft goods—including plates, cups, menus, and napkins—have started arriving onsite.

  • Construction Progress

  • Final finishes are well underway, with drywall and millwork complete on both levels.

  • Tiling, wallpapering, and flooring installations are nearing completion.

  • Stonework is being installed on bar tops, reception desks, and bathroom counter tops.

  • Lighting fixtures are being installed throughout the facility.

  • Glass railing installation is progressing smoothly.

Budget

As we enter the last stretch of the project, we continue to expect that the total cost of Renew '22 construction to remain within the original budget of $23.3M and the furniture and equipment budget to be approximately $1.5M. All stakeholders involved remain diligent in staying within budget while ensuring the integrity of the project can be delivered.

What’s Next

Our focus over the next few weeks will remain on permitting and commissioning to ensure we’re ready to open this summer.

Members can expect communication in May regarding key dates and details about what to expect as we transition from our temporary facilities into our new home.

We’re getting close—and we can’t wait to welcome you home to your new facilities! The membership has been incredibly accommodating and patient, thank you!
